Return Policy

The items must be:

  •  UNWORN

  • UNWASHED

  •  IN ITS ORIGINAL FORM, WITH ALL THE TAGS AND LABELS ON AND IN IT’S COMPLETE ORIGINAL PACKAGING

  •  ODOURLESS (WITHOUT THE USE OF ANY PERFUMES OR DEODORANTS)

  •  STAINLESS
It is our humble request to kindly ensure the above conditions of the NÖRF APPAREL RETURN POLICY before raising any return requests. Also, we hold the right to reject any return request if on inspection the particular product does not satisfy these conditions.

The products that successfully meet the conditions of NÖRF APPAREL RETURN POLICY SHALL ONLY BE REFUNDED and will NOT BE EXCHANGED.
FAULTY ITEMS

We always check our items prior to delivery.

In case your item is faulty or damaged, you are eligible for a full refund if your return is received within 7 days of the delivery date. Prior returning these items, please contact us via email at

INCORRECT ITEMS

We always check our items prior to delivery.

If you receive an incorrect item, you are eligible for ORDER CORRECTION only if you contact us at norf.apparel@outlook.com within one day of receiving the item/s. The returned package must arrive at NÖRF APPAREL within 12 days of receiving communication from us confirming that the incorrect item/s have been sent to you.
